La Crete is a blossoming  community with a wide variety interests for any walk of life. La Crete has a high influx of visitors and new residents to this historical community because of the many opportunities one can find here. Proudly preserving a traditionally Mennonite culture, La Crete is surrounded by the natural beauty of Northern Alberta's Buffalo Head Hills, the majestic Peace River and an abundance of farmland.

Farmers Day, Trade Show etc) or of sites and things to see (ex.
